Training of NCB Security Officers in Southern Africa

The much anticipated regional NCBs Security Officers training took place at RB Harare from 9 to 12 December 2024 and was delivered by INTERPOL trainers from IPSG-Lyon and RB Harare.

The training covered important topics, namely INTERPOL Policing Capabilities, actionable activities for Integrated Border Management Strategy, NCB 19 Quality Standards including On-line Self Certification, the role and responsibilities of Security Officers, NCB cooperation and coordination, extra territorial investigative support, NCB Twinning programmes and much more
