Instructor Development Course (IDC) 2024, Harare

HRM Staff Training conducted a session of the Instructor Development Course (IDC) at the Regional Bureau (RB) Harare from 4 to 8 March 2024. The session was attended by 11 officials from RB Harare and an official from RB Abidjan.

The IDC aims to equip officials who regularly deliver training with the latest INTERPOL standards, tools, and techniques in training and curriculum design. This session was sponsored by Mr. Sello MOERANE, Head of RB Harare, to enhance RB Harare's role as a strategic hub in Southern Africa and contribute to INTERPOL's global presence by building and sustaining law enforcement capacities across member countries.

In line with the Human Resources Strategy, HRM Staff Training is committed to developing the capacities of INTERPOL officials by providing training programmes in various duty stations, covering the four official languages. The IDC is central to these efforts and reflects INTERPOL's commitment to continuous learning and improvement as part of its overall mission to make the world a safer place.
