Lieutenant General Joseph Shimweelao Shikongo (born 18 September 1964) is the Inspector General of Namibian Police Force. He was appointed by President Hage Geingob on the 22 August 2022, Shikongo resume his duty officially on the 1 September 2022. He replaced the retired Lieutenant General Sebastian Ndeitunga.
